The power of the mind has a dramatic effect on your personal well being, how you perceive a situation and how you impact those around you.

  • Who are they?
  • Do they have your best interest at heart?
  • Do they encourage you POSITIVELY?

We as men and women need to start to consider what we think about and what consumes our mind and heart.

As a well known proverb goes:

“A joyful heart (thinking) is good medicine,

but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.”

Positive thinking and joyfulness is good for the human body. A joyful heart is a healthier heart, mindset and out look on life and that person typically has a longer lifespan, a reduced risk of cancer and disease, less stress, better recovery, less pain and is a person that people love to be around. Joy and positive thinking seems to be contagious too so spread it around!
